Theodor Niehues (Chairman of the executive board, CEO)

Mr. Niehues was born on January 7, 1965 in Beelen. He graduated from the University of Trier in 1990 and earned a degree in business mathematics. After his studies, Mr. Niehues worked from 1990 to 1996 for 3M in Neuss as a manager in sales and marketing. In 1996, Mr. Niehues took responsibility as director in the department "Transaction Products" at Vebacom/o.tel.o. In December 1999, Mr. Niehues joined the net AG. As a member of the board, he has had the responsibility for operations. In March 2000 the IPO of net AG took place.

Kai Markus Kulas (CPO)

Mr. Kulas was born on February 20, 1965 in Wuppertal. He earned a degree in economy in 1994 from the University of Wuppertal and the University of Birmingham in Nottingham (UK). During his studies, Mr. Kulas worked in the marketing department of UPS from 1992 to 1994. Mr. Kulas was responsible for the product management in the area of transport and telematics for GFD (Gesellschaft für Datenfunk). In 1996 Mr. Kulas joined o.tel.o and established the call-by-call services as the responsible product developer. In 1999, Mr. Kulas changed to the network operator E-plus and was responsible for value added services. Since 2000, Mr. Kulas has been a member of the executive board at net mobile AG.

Dieter Plassmann (CTO)

Mr. Plassmann was born on August 7, 1963 in Aachen. He graduated from the University of Aachen with a degree in electrical engineering in 1992. From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Plassmann did research on UMTS networks at the University of Aachen. From 1997 to 2000, he was responsible for the WAP & multi access portals at E-Plus in Duesseldorf as the technical director and project manager. By joining the net mobile AG in 2001 as technical director (CTO), Mr. Plassmann can look back on a long professional experience in the telecommunications market.

Frank Hartmann (CFO)

Mr. Hartmann was born on July 2, 1966 in Cologne. He finished his apprenticeship with Deutsche Bank in Cologne in 1986. From 1988 until 1989, Mr. Hartmann worked abroad in Australia as a director of retail banking and director of the subsidiary Deutsche Bank Australia Ltd. In 1990 he earned a bachelor´s degree in banking services and operations (CCI) from the Academy of Banking. Until 2000 Mr. Hartmann worked as consultant for corporate clients at Deutsche Bank in Cologne. In 2000 Mr. Hartmann joined net AG to take the position as CFO. In March 2000 the IPO of net AG took place.

Edgar Schnorpfeil (CIO)

Mr. Schnorpfeil was born on March 18, 1965 in Cochem. He graduated from the RWTH Aachen in 1990 with a degree in communications engineering. After his studies, Mr. Schnorpfeil worked as Product Manager Mobile Devices, later as Country Manager Germany "GSM Terminals" for Alcatel. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Schnorpfeil worked as Director Business Development Manager & Manager Strategic Projects by for Thyssen Telecom. In 1998 he was co-founder of Fotokasten.de, which is the market leading company in photo books in Germany. Until 2006 he ran easyquest, a provider of online market research activities. With his company schnorpfeil.de consulting he used to be a consultant for Global TeleSystems, IS Internet Services, E-Plus and NTT DoCoMo i-mode Europe since 1998. Since March 2010, Mr. Schnorpfeil has been a member of the net mobile AG´s executive board.
