net mobile AG increases capital
Düsseldorf, 15.Dezember 2009 - net mobile AG (ISIN: DE0008137852), Europe's leading provider of mobile and interactive value added services, announces the resolution of a capital increase of the authorized capital. Accordingly the stated capital of the company will be increased by 769,718 EUR from its current amount of 7.697192 EUR to 8,466,910 EUR. 769,718 new non-par-value bearer shares of net mobile AG are issued at an issuance price of Euro 6,35 per share. The capital increase is entirely subscribed by the new majority shareholder of net mobile AG, DOCOMO Deutschland GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of NTT DOCOMO, Japan. The new shares are fully entitled to a share of profit from 01 October 2008. There is no subscription right for the shareholders.
The proceeds of the capital increase strengthen the financial position of net mobile AG and shall be used to further finance the company's growth. The company plans amongst other things to introduce new services from Japan to Europe.
