Düsseldorf, 20th of January 2012 - net mobile AG today announced that it exhibits at Mobile World...

Düsseldorf, 20th of January 2012 - net mobile AG today announced that it exhibits at Mobile World Congress 2011, the world's largest mobile industry trade show, to be held in Barcelona, Spain, from February 27 till March 1, 2012. It presents its latest innovations in mobile and interactive value-added services as well as payment and banking solutions, with a strong focus on delivering the best possible user experience.

Payment and Banking: net mobile AG presents a variety of payment and banking solutions in Barcelona, including m-payment with Web- and Wap-, Premium SMS- and InApp-Payment, e-Payment with Credit Card Issuing and Acquiring as well as mobile operator solutions such as Carrier Billing for diverse marketplaces. With net-m's Google Carrier Billing solution for example, consumers can simply pay for applications downloaded within Google's Android Market via their mobile phone bill. The payment amount will be directly debited from the customer's invoice, resulting in a very convenient shopping experience for the end-user. A credit card for payments with Google Checkout is no longer required. As a result, mobile operators can provide an added value with a secure alternative payment method in Google's Android Market. With net-m's innovative payment architecture, they also profit from an easy to implement and cost-effective payment interface offered as a full-managed service.

Mobile-TV: Furthermore, net mobile AG presents its innovative Mobile-TV platform, provided to costumers in a full-managed service approach. The platform allows users to watch high quality Mobile-TV, everywhere, any time, and with a broad variety of handsets. Due to the innovative streaming technologies, iPhones, Android-based smartphones as well as other current feature phones are supported. A dynamic adaptation to the given mobile data throughput guarantees the best possible streaming quality. Being presented at Mobile World Congress 2012, net mobile AG's moving image platform for mobile delivery is considered one of the most advanced solutions with support for live TV, on demand content, premium channels as well as an electronic TV-programme guide EPG.

Mobage: net-m's customers in Europe and Asia can now deploy Mobage, the global social mobile games network currently available for Android, and available soon for iOS devices, thanks to a business development and distribution alliance between net mobile AG and ngmoco. Mobage allows players to connect and compete with players around the world and create a unified gamer profile across all Mobage-enabled titles. The presentation of Mobage at net-m's stand on Mobile World Congress 2012 is very interesting for operators and game developers, in particular, giving them the opportunity to participate in the expansion of the social mobile games network. For more information on Mobage, please visit www.mobage.com.

Taiyo: net-m's mobile infotainment service Taiyo informs mobile users on the go, in a personal, playful and sometimes surprisingly proactive way. Manifold personalization options allow for customizing the virtual buddy and the underlying interest profiles to the users' liking. The mobile content offered to the user includes personalized news, local events, weather and sports, entertainment channels, as well as multi-player games, amongst others. A dedicated editorial team provides the required information just in time to be made available via diverse mobile infotainment channels. Apart from that, Taiyo also connects to a variety of social networks for sharing relevant information with others on the go.

Dusseldorf, 24th of August 2011 - net mobile AG strikes successful results for this year's presence...

Dusseldorf, 24th of August 2011 - net mobile AG strikes successful results for this year's presence at the gamescom 2011 which took place in Cologne last week. More than 550 exhibiting companies used the worldwide biggest fair and entertainment event for interactive entertainment to present the latest trends. The innovative trend-setting payment solution "inAPPay" of net mobile AG was met great approval with the trade-fair visitors. On one hand the In-App payment solution can easily be integrated within new or existing applications and on the other hand with inAPPay merchants and developers profit from a secure payment method with guaranteed payouts that can be used for subscription and one-time payment. With inAPPay users can, for example, buy single contents or subscriptions of mobile Games and their expansions by a single payment step. A multitude of payment steps which is necessary by purchases via credit card or the input of personal and sensitive data on the Internet is therefore not required.

Furthermore net mobile AG was able to inspire a lot of new developers to add their Android applications at the mobile web portal DOCOMO MARKET, which offers high-quality Android applications to millions of NTT DOCOMO smartphone users in Japan.

"The gamescom 2011 in Cologne has been a complete success for net mobile AG. Apps have established themselves in the mobile market and are no more to spirit away. With inAPPay we could present a product which meets exactly the nerve of time and met both with dealers and developers greatest interest." resumes Theodor Niehues (CEO of net mobile AG).

Dusseldorf, 07th of July 2011 - net mobile AG continues its long-standing engagement with the BILD relief organisation "Ein Herz für Kinder" in the eighth running year.

Economic upswing! Less unemployment! Good News. But Germany looks different behind the facade. Every fifth child in this country is regarded as officially poor and is dependent on welfare and support. These children cannot take a vacation in the just starting summer holidays. "Ein Herz für Kinder", the BILD relief organisation and net mobile AG invite children from all over Germany for a summer vacation on the North Sea island of Norderney.

net mobile AG supports this important and in Germany unique project with benefits in kind and services. The trained honorary chaperones are provided with various telecommunications services, like mobile phones and mobile Internet access. All participating kids get in addition a cool T-shirt from net mobile AG as present and memory of their smashing holiday vacation.

Theodor Niehues, CEO of net mobile AG underlines: "Every fifth child in Germany grows up in social weak families. Here we would like to act and support the idea, which already has become a success story. There is a lot to do - especially for our children here in Germany. Together with the BILD relief organisation "Ein Herz für Kinder" we understand the support for the children in need as an extremely important common task."

Düsseldorf, 06th of April 2011 - net mobile AG, Europe's leading provider of mobile and interactive value-added services, realizes Google's Carrier Billing for NTT DOCOMO Inc. in Japan. DOCOMO is among the first carriers worldwide now being connected to the mobile payment system, long-awaited by developers and customers alike. Since the end of March, customers of the Japanese carrier can now pay for apps within Google's Android Market easily via their mobile phone bill. With carrier billing, the payment amount will be directly debited from the customer's invoice, resulting in a very convenient shopping experience for the end-user. Furthermore, a credit card for payments with Google Checkout is no longer required. DOCOMO, on the other hand, profits from net mobile's cost-effective payment interface solution that flexibly adapts to the carrier's existing billing systems including a custom reconciliation process. The innovative payment architecture of the net mobile AG has been designed to also integrate other carriers quickly and cost-effectively.

Once all major European carriers will be connected to Google's Carrier Billing, the Android ecosystem will surely gain additional momentum. According to the electronic research company GfK Retail and Technology, the market share of Google's mobile operating system was surging from 5 percent to 25 percent in Europe since the beginning of last year. An even more dynamic growth was found in other regions such as Asia, where the market share increased from 3 percent to 31 percent at the same time. According to a study by Juniper Research, the worldwide Smartphone market is expected to further grow rapidly in the future.

"Users more and more appreciate the advantages of smartphones and mobile payment solutions." comments Theodor Niehues, CEO of net mobile AG. "The risks generally associated with payment transactions such as the disclosure of private credit card information are a thing of the past. Therefore, the net mobile AG plans to further expand its global business with mobile payment solutions."
